OK, I’ve jumped on the wagon. I debated for days about joining Ashlee’s 20 lbs in 20 weeks challenge, and I finally decided I needed to stop making excuses and just DO it.

I’ll be posting my first steps on this process later this week and will include my starting weight on Friday (EEK!). I”m counting on those of you who read this blog to help keep me accountable! I’ve been known to totally slack off.
