To my loving hubby,

Thank you for kicking my butt out of bed this morning and badgering me to work out. I so wanted to snuggle back into our nice warm bed with Lovie and sleep another half hour before going to work. But, because of your pushing, I was able to torture myself for 20 minutes – those damn side-courtsey squats just about did me in this morning, but I feel much better knowing I kept to my goal of working out every day this week.
