Ok, I’m not sure if that was easier or harder … I still got in 1.64 miles and kept the walking pace around 3.4 and running around 5.4 … but damn do my hips hurt. I need to stretch more – who’s got good hip flexor stretches?

Getting up at 6:30 this morning to run wasn’t really ‘difficult’, but it certainly wasn’t pleasurable. Now it’s 8 a.m. and I’m about to head into work. (Only one more day shift this week – not sure if I”m bummed out or happy yet – I kinda miss sleeping in.) Friday I won’t be getting up early to run – it will be more of a ‘normal’ day for me. 

On the weight front – my scale hasn’t budged past 142, so I may not hit my goal of 140 this week. That’s OK. I’m proud of myself for accomplishing so many other things this week.
