Short term goals/rewards:

  1. Complete Couch to 5K. New running shoes.
  2. Run 5k. Massage.
  3. Complete weekly challenges and weekly workouts. BE PROUD, FEEL GOOD!

Long term goals/ rewards.

  1. Reach 20 lbs loss (6 lbs to go!). Chicago Bears jersey.
  2. Continue eating clean/food combining. Food scale.
  3. Find my happy weight and stay there. Feel healthy, be happy!
